Where's My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number. Use the link in that email to track your package in real time.

Typical Delivery Timeline

  • Order confirmation: Immediately after purchase
  • Shipping notification: Same or next business day (orders before 2pm EST ship same day)
  • Delivery: 3–6 business days from ship date

Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at our support team with your order number and we'll send it right away.

Package Not Delivered?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check:

  • Around your door and with neighbors
  • With your building's front desk or mailroom
  • If a signature was required and missed

If you've checked all of the above and still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" status and we'll work to resolve it quickly.
