Delivery Timeline

• Order processing: Orders placed before 2pm EST are fulfilled same business day. Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.
• Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after fulfillment
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships

What if My Package Is Delayed?

Carrier delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days of your ship date, please contact us at our support team and we'll investigate immediately.

What if My Package Arrives Damaged?

We stand behind our packaging and our products. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to us. We'll ship a replacement at no cost within 1 business day.
