  2. Your request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date
  3. You must provide your order number and a brief description of your experience

These conditions exist because hair biology operates on a 3-month cycle, and results genuinely require consistent daily use. We want to make sure the formula had a real opportunity to work before processing a refund.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll ship a replacement within one business day at no cost.

What's Not Covered

  • Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
  • Less than 30 days of documented consistent use
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer or household
