To Qualify for a Refund
- You must have used Shilajit Pro consistently β 2 gummies every morning β for a minimum of 30 days
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date
- You must provide your order number and a brief description of your experience
These conditions exist because hair biology operates on a 3-month cycle, and results genuinely require consistent daily use. We want to make sure the formula had a real opportunity to work before processing a refund.
What's Always Covered β No Conditions
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was shipped
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll ship a replacement within one business day at no cost.
What's Not Covered
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
- Less than 30 days of documented consistent use
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer or household
