Three of Us Started Together. Here's the Honest Breakdown.

Last fall, three of us at work started Shilajit Pro at the same time. Different ages, different reasons, same starting date. We texted each other updates every week for 90 days.
Here's what actually happened for each of us.
Sarah (Me), 34 β Stress-Related Shedding
I had been shedding more than usual after a rough stretch at work. Nothing alarming, but my ponytail was noticeably thinner than it used to be. By week 4 the shedding had clearly slowed down. By week 8 I was seeing new growth along my hairline. The sleep improvement was honestly what surprised me most β I started sleeping through the night consistently around week 3, which I hadn't done in over a year.
Amanda, 42 β Postpartum and Hormonal Thinning
Amanda had two kids under 5 and her hair hadn't fully recovered from her second pregnancy. She also just turned 42 and was starting to notice some perimenopause symptoms. She was dealing with a lot at once.
Her results were slower but steady. By week 6 she said the shedding had "basically stopped." By week 10 she was seeing real density coming back. She also said her energy in the afternoons improved significantly β enough that she stopped relying on a second cup of coffee to get through the day.
Diane, 55 β The Skeptic of the Group
Diane joined mostly to see what would happen. Her hair wasn't dramatically thinning, but she had noticed her nails had gotten weak and brittle over the past couple of years.
Her nails were the first thing she noticed changing β stronger and growing faster by week 4. Her hair looked thicker and shinier by week 7. She also told us she felt "calmer" in a way she couldn't fully explain β less reactive to everyday stress, sleeping more deeply.
What We All Had in Common
None of us noticed much in the first two weeks. Things started showing up consistently around week 3 to 4. Energy improvements seemed to come before the visible hair changes for all three of us, which was interesting.
All three of us are still taking it. That's probably the most honest endorsement I can give.
